K2 PROLOK WP-77 Pipe sealant, medium strength

  • Description

    Anaerobic sealant for threaded joints in pipework. It protects threads against leaks, loosening and corrosion. It is resistant to chemicals and vibration.  Can be used in installations made of copper, brass, aluminium, black steel and acid-resistant steel. Thanks to its thixotropic consistency, it perfectly seals the fastened elements. After drying, it creates a connection resistant to pressure up to 680 bar, which does not age and at the same time protects against vibrations. The sealant contains an ultraviolet dye, so you can use a UV lamp to check the correctness of the connection.

    Directions:
    1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces of the parts to be joined.
    2. Apply to the entire circumference of the joint to be screwed.
    3. After applying the glue, screw the elements together immediately.
    4. Do not move the sealed elements for 15 minutes. Full bonding strength is achieved after 24 hours. 5. Disassembly is possible using hand tools. Keep the box together with the product.
